I don’t know about you, but every year I have plans to channel my inner-Martha Stewart and make heart shaped sugar cookies and decorate them with royal icing. Or maybe Pecan Linzer Cookies with Cherry Filling! Yes! They are gorgeous and I bet they taste even better. And I’ll make my own marshmallows and cut them in the shape of hearts and float them on top of hot-chocolate made with real milk on top of the stove!
Sadly, I disappoint myself often. Sometimes, life just gets in the way. I need to remind myself that it doesn’t have to be an all-or-nothing approach!
